GENERAL

★ Please write in a clear manner and provide neat and clear references.
★ Please be respectful, as any rude or ill behavior will not be tolerated. If I am uncomfortable working with you, your commission will be canceled and money will be refunded if the commission has not yet been started.★ WILL draw:
Furries, anthro, humans/humanoids, Sonic, ponies, monsters, creatures, blood/gore, custom characters and outfits (Please ask if unsure!)★ WONT draw:
NSFW, fetish, hateful art, anything deemed illegal, proship, Complex mechs/robots, complex scenes or backgrounds

payment

★ The accepted currency is USD. on Kofi or Paypal
★ Payment must be the full amount upfront for any of my commissions.
★ Chargebacks are not tolerated under any circumstance.
★ Any extra characters/props may come with an extra charge.

PROCESS

★ Works in progress will always be given. I will send a WIP if I would like to ask something about the commission or ensure you are happy with it.
★ Any changes must happen within the sketch stage, and I will always ask if you want anything changed before finalisation. Once I start the lineart, there will be no changes.
★ The completion time for commissions is a maximum of 30 days. If anything occurs that may stop me from being able to complete the work within that time frame, I will notify you as soon as possible. I always try to complete commissions in a timely manner.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

  • Unless agreed otherwise, I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • ★ Promote myself within any place or site.

  • ★ To display/post it on any social media I feel necessary.

  • The commissioner is allowed to:

  • ★ Use the artwork for personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

  • ★ Print the art for personal use and claim the right of their character(s).

  • ★ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. (Myself ofc)

  • The following is considered Copyright infringement and will get you blacklisted:

  • ★Using the work for commercial and/or monetization use without discussing it with me prior.

  • ★ Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

  • ★ Removing any watermarks/signatures.

  • ★ Altering the artwork without my consent.

  • ★ Using my artwork through an AI generator of any kind.

REFUNDS

★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
★ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me once artwork is complete under any circumstances.
★ If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
★ Once money is sent to my paypal account for a commission, there are no refunds. Please only commission me if you are able to.
★ If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to every piece of work I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be publicly blacklisted/called out.
- You will not get a commission from me again.
- I have all the right to the money you have paid me if artwork has been completed for you.
